TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for choosing Kristi’s Sweet Treats!
Please review the following which represent the agreement between Kristi’s Sweet Treats and the customer.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS IN FULL

• Please review your invoice, the date, the dessert description, flavors, size, design theme/style, and any attachments including inspiration photos. These details note the final decision made between Kristi’s Sweet Treats and customer for the order.

• If, for any reason, you do not agree to any of the details noted in the invoice prior to payment, you are welcome to decline the order by sending an email to kristisweettreatsllc@gmail.com

• Orders cancelled after payment has been made are subject to the terms below.

• Your payment serves as a signature & agreement to these terms.

RETAINER & FINAL PAYMENT

RETAINER

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent in order to secure the order date.

• Orders will not be confirmed & added to Kristi’s Sweet Treats calendar until the retainer is paid in order to allow all interested customers a chance to book.

• Your order will be cancelled & your date may become unavailable in the event your retainer is not received within 24 hours.

FINAL PAYMENT

• Final payment for your order is due the day of pickup. Order balances that require delivery must be paid the day before delivery. In all instances, order balances must be paid prior to taking possession of your order.

• For all wedding orders, final payment, including delivery and set-up fee, is due 1 week/7 days prior to event date.

CANCELLED, POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED ORDERS

• Orders may be canceled ten days (10 days) prior to the order due date minus 50% non-refundable retainer included in the total and the cost of any items purchased to create your request. Rescheduling is subject to Kristi’s Sweet Treats calendar & availability.

• If canceled less than 10 days of the order due date, no matter when the order was secured, there will be no refund of any payments made.

• You can only change or add to the original design ONCE 10 days prior to the due date.

REFUNDS & DISCLAIMER

NO REFUNDS

• In no event shall Kristi’s Sweet Treats be required to refund any payment charged for any order.

• As noted above, in the event you cancel the order, postpone, or reschedule, a credit may be added to your account to be used on future invoices within 1 year. Any customizations made for your order, that can not be used for your future order, will be deducted from credited amount.

DISCLAIMER

• Kristi’s Sweet Treats products may contain & come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy & other allergens.

• If any of your guests have allergies, it is your responsibility to notify them of the risk & any possible allergens.
