Pick-Up & Care

There will be a $15 late fee imposed for all orders not picked up within 10 mins of the scheduled pickup time. After 20 minutes, pickup will be rescheduled based on OUR availability.
The $15 late fee must be paid prior to the release of the order. If the fee is not paid, we will retain possession of the full order until the late payment is received. If the fee goes unpaid, a refund will be issued, less the initial 50% reservation payment and the cost of any items purchased to create your request.
If it is requested that we leave your order, Kristi’s Sweet Treats will not be held liable if you do not receive it. Rescheduling a pick-up is subject to our availability.

Kristi’s Sweet Treats will notify you of care instructions prior to or during pickup or delivery.
You are responsible for providing a level surface & suitable environment for your desserts. Your desserts should never be placed on the seat of the car or in a lap. Seats and laps are not leveled surfaces. Cakes/treats should be transported in a cool and air-conditioned vehicle.
We strongly advise against placing your desserts outdoors or in direct sunlight. Kristi’s Sweet Treats is not responsible for any damages to your order due to outside elements.

Your desserts will always be packaged appropriately and secure for travel. It is best to place your desserts on a flat surface such as the floor of the car or trunk if the air circulation allows.

Kristi’s Sweet Treats is not liable for any damage that may arise related to your desserts once your order has been picked up or delivered.

It is your responsibility to thoroughly review all details of your order prior to payment. If Kristi’s Sweet Treats is not notified of any changes to be made 10 days prior to the due date, we will assume your agreement and move forward with fulfilling the order according to the invoice details.
Any attempts to reschedule should be done at least 4 hours in advance to avoid any additional fees.
